Guessing at Wi-Fi is expensive. You buy too few access points and live with dead spots, or too many and pay for coverage you never needed. A survey replaces the guess with a measurement.
We produce a heat map of your actual signal across the floor plan, find the interference and the black holes, and hand you a written plan with the exact access-point count and placement. If you have brick, concrete, high racking or more than one floor, this is the step that saves the money.
We are Wi-Fi specialists. We recommend and deploy UniFi because the price-to-performance is hard to beat for business, but we are vendor agnostic: we design, install and fix any vendor's gear, including Ruckus, Aruba, TP-Link Omada, Cisco and Meraki. You are not locked into one badge.

- Predictive design, $550. We model coverage from your floor plans and give you an access-point count, placement plan and bill of materials. Ideal before a fit-out. Credited in full against any install over $2,000, so on a real project it costs nothing.
- On-site heat-map survey, $2,750 to 1,000 sqm. We measure the real space with Ekahau, map the signal, analyse interference, and write a report with the fix plan. Add $880 for each additional 1,000 square metres or floor.
- Post-install validation, $880. After the install, we survey again to prove the coverage matches the plan. Evidence, not promises.
Who this is for: warehouses, clinics, schools, multi-floor offices, and anywhere roaming or dead spots are costing time. A small single-room office rarely needs a survey, and we will say so.

What is a Wi-Fi heat map?
A colour map of your actual signal strength across a floor plan, measured on site. Green where the signal is strong, red where it falls off. It turns an argument about dead spots into a picture you can point at.
What is the difference between a predictive and an on-site survey?
A predictive survey models coverage from your floor plans before anything is installed, which is ideal for a fit-out. An on-site survey measures the real space with survey gear, walls, shelving, interference and all, which is what you want when a built space already has problems.
What does a Wi-Fi site survey cost?
A predictive survey is $550 ex GST and is credited in full against any install over $2,000. An on-site heat-map survey is $2,750 ex GST for a site up to 1,000 square metres, plus $880 for each additional 1,000 square metres or floor. A post-install validation survey is $880 ex GST.
What gear do you survey with?
We survey with Ekahau, the industry standard for professional wireless surveys, plus spectrum analysis for interference. You get a written report with the heat maps, the access-point plan and a fix list any contractor could execute.
Do I have to use you for the install?
No. The report is yours and it is written so any competent installer can act on it. Most clients do have us install, because we already know the site, but you are not tied in.
