// Business Wi-Fi, Sydney
Wi-Fi that works in every corner of your business.
Design, survey and installation for offices, warehouses and multi-floor sites. Fewer dead spots, clean roaming, and a network you are not fighting.
Most business Wi-Fi problems are not mysterious. They are a consumer router doing a commercial job, access points in the wrong places, or a network that grew one extender at a time until nothing roamed cleanly. We fix the cause, not the symptom.
We are Wi-Fi specialists. We recommend and deploy UniFi because the price-to-performance is hard to beat for business, but we are vendor agnostic: we design, install and fix any vendor's gear, including Ruckus, Aruba, TP-Link Omada, Cisco and Meraki. You are not locked into one badge.
- Predictive and on-site surveys with real heat maps
- Access-point supply, mounting, cabling and configuration
- VLANs, guest networks and sensible security by default
- Ongoing monitoring and management if you want it
// What we do
Four ways we sort your Wi-Fi.
- Heat maps and site surveys. Before we quote a big install, we measure. Predictive from floor plans, or on-site with survey gear, so the access-point count is right the first time. Wi-Fi heat maps and site surveys →
- UniFi setup and installation. Supply, mount, cable and configure, done properly. UniFi installer Sydney →
- Managed Wi-Fi. We watch it, patch it and change it, so a firmware bug is not your problem to notice. Managed Wi-Fi →
- Networking behind it. Switching, routing, VLANs and the wired backbone your Wi-Fi actually depends on. Business networking →

// Install pricing
What an install runs, before you ask.
Indicative pricing ex GST. Your fixed quote comes after we know the site.
- Site base, $550. Gateway or controller setup, SSIDs, VLANs and a guest portal.
- Per access point, $440. Cable run to 30 metres, mount, terminate, adopt and test.
- Worked example. A three-AP office is $550 plus $1,320, so $1,870 ex GST for the labour and cabling. Hardware on top at cost plus margin.
- Bigger or trickier sites get a survey first so the count is right, not a guess.
// Questions
Business Wi-Fi, your questions answered.
How much does business Wi-Fi cost to install?
Our install is a $550 site base plus $440 per access point, ex GST. The base covers the gateway or controller, SSIDs, VLANs and a guest portal; the per-AP figure covers the cable run to 30 metres, the mount, termination, adoption and testing. Hardware is quoted separately at cost plus a stated margin.
Do I need a site survey first?
For a small office, usually not. For a warehouse, a clinic, anywhere with brick or concrete, or any multi-floor site, a survey pays for itself by getting the access-point count and placement right the first time. See our Wi-Fi heat maps and site surveys.
Can you fix Wi-Fi you did not install?
Yes. A lot of our Wi-Fi work is fixing someone else's. We are happy to work on whatever is already on the wall, and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or replacing.
What causes Wi-Fi dead spots?
Usually too few access points, poor placement, the wrong channels, or a single consumer router trying to cover a space it was never built for. A heat-map survey shows exactly where the signal falls off and why.
